        A very smelly one.

This is the ad that Cherished Classics put in when they sold it earlier this year? Now it has doubled it mileage to 700 and is for sale again.

Cherished Classics are now forum members and may have a comment to make!

No problem with my fishing filter.

            What do you use?

            Try Anet, it catches everything.

Yes - the link is Phishing. If you hover over 'email the seller' you will see the true link.

You need to moderate the post to remove the link - Carl?

I can see that the link is different but not sure what this means to me. Do I have a PC lurgy now?

Looks good value at £4k, and Cherished Classics were trying to sell it for £25k with an extra owner and double the miles. Who is conning who??

It would probably be quicker if Jamcarr edited his link and removed it - assuming that he is still online!

Dunno about phishing.. but definitely a suspicious seller. Doesn't look like they've ever sold anything of value. Looks like a simple hacked account and copy some big-ticket items to me.

                          Duly reported!

No you wont have a lurgy (aka Virus). The link (and remember you still think this is genuine Ebay) would have asked you for your UserID and Password.

Had you provided them, they would be recorded by the scammer and are likely to be used to purchase goods on Ebay fraudulently using your ID.

When you opened the link it did initially go to an ebay web page www.ebay.com/... then it very quickly switches to www.ebay.com.somethingelse.com/.... it is the last bit before the first / that is important, that is the website you are actually at. i.e. somethingelse.com and NOT ebay.com.
                              Hopefully that makes sense!
