We young ones were at the other end of the stand.

Bazstag and I were there, missed the photo shoot but got to chat with some familiar faces on the SOC stand. SOC coffee was much appreciated.
Surprise of the day was stumbling across Neil (Flying Farmer) sat at the side of the road in his Stag engined estate whilst we were queuing to get in. Nothing we could do to help and Neil thought it was a fuelling issue, surprise was that Neil beat us into the event, surely he hadent lived up to his name and flew in, no he just knew of a shortcut, well done Neil, Baz and I were confident you would be able to fix the problem.
I didn't buy a thing but Baz bought some hydraulic ramps to match mine, very useful pieces of kit.

Can't say I like the show being a mixture of MG and Triumph. It seemed to me that the MG traders far outweighed those for Triumph. There appeared to be no logic in how the trade stands were laid out.

On a positive note I was rather taken with those new CV style rear drive shafts and up-rated rear hubs which were being sold for Stags. Does anyone on here have any experience of them? 800quid for a pair.

          Regards

          Bruce

Totally agree and the signage, or lack of it, was abysmal.

But I seem to remember someone showing the visitor numbers last year and Triumph outnumbered MG

            Cheers
