hello peeps, it looks like Russ got off lightly with the can of peas joke. Not sure about this weather, I hear its been pretty grim these past few weeks.

Should have popped over to Louisiana or NewOrleans- that would have cooled things a bit

It was not good weather when I was over in S Ireland last week - rained so hard one day it filled up the rear seat pan of the Stag! Then apart from a couple of half days it was just dismal and overcast - did manage the top down a couple of times..

I'm thinking of going up to Duxford on sunday to see the Avro Vulcan and Meteorfly but the long range forecast looks like rain which may cancel flying..... bu**er!

So explain to me again how this is global warming?

well apparantly we are melting the icecaps so there fore, there is more cloud when the cloud cools it rains, as other ages were called the bronze, iron ice ect we will be looked back on as the waste age.

That's the thing, the ice is melting, freeing up the 'cold'. 'Just melted' icewill flow easily resulting in colder seas and crap weather, hence climate change. Global warming is a general term referring to increase in average overall temp.

Alternatively 'global warming' might just mean slightly warmer rain!
