I just levered mine out, I think they where held in with evostick.
As a last resort you might even try carefully using the bolts that are pressed in to the chrome bodies from under the plastic badge as drifts to knock the plastic badges away, put a nut on the end to protect the treads but be careful, these are hard to get and maybe if they are too tight in their serrated hole, you could damage the bodies. Obviously doing the above would require removing the complete assembly from the car.

Hi, Remove the carpet lining on the sides of the boot. There are two nuts on each name plate accessed through the internal structure of the frame.
