Strange an early K reg Mk1 has headrests, MK2 gauges, alloys, and MK2 grill badge

Biggest giveaway would be the door latches but those aren't shown. it could be a mk1 that has had upgrades but I think that's the kindest interpretation. Its too much I would think to simply be a Mk 1.5. Headrests aren't stag either. On balance, I think its had an identity swap

Seems all fair to me and its in better condition than the one I got in 2009.. but then I didn't pay £750 quid for it either!

He says the doors are MK1 so I think he knows what he's talking about. He has a pile of stuff thrown in the car to make the sale look good but as one who has been down this road one really needs an engine and gearbox for the money he's asking for
Maybe the one in the For sales section in the SOC website is a better challenge!

Now if you wanted to make a replica of Tony H's old (blue) Modsports Stag - just some fibreglass/ally panels and an engine and you're almost there!

Beware of the XJC, I had one for 13 years, had it fully restored the only place they don't rust is the windscreen, not the surround, the Glass.
