Might be worth checking James Paddock. Only about an hour away from you I think.

Martins website is closed. Try him on the phone - 07766 240959

or email - martin@dimmick984.fsnet.co.uk - but he is often very slow at answering emails.

update everything is fixed and back together with a lovely smooth clutch action, had to go Chester for a new clutch actuating fork and garage guy welded up the cross shaft and ground back to size to take out the wear at the pivot points ,even fixed the small petrol leak for me,top bloke The head on the pin holding the fork to the cross shaft had broken off and was in the bottom of the bell housing so a ticking bomb waiting to give up at either (a) traffic lights (b) a busy junction or (c) anywhere to cause acute embarrassment. Cost £160 in labour charges, I think I've had a good deal so a bottle of something from Scotland will be delivered to them next week as a thank you for 2 days graft although they have asked me not to bring it back for a while, cant think why !
