My fathers has one of the electronic speedos by Speedy Cables fitted that uses the casing if the original with electronic internals doing away with the cable. You can also calibrate yourself easily.

Does anyone know of another company who do them?

I heard that there maybe a TVR dial option but have not seen this

Anyone had a play?

I'm about to send my mechanical speedo off to speedy cables for repair, can i ask if the electronic option is reasonably priced ?

Speedy cables do not now alter the stag speedometer to electronic I have enquired .
i managed to get a good price off demon tweaks ebay for a cobra speedometer or speak to Ian at monarch stags he now has a kit to convert electronic pick up to the stag speedometer

I am not surprised as my father has one in his Stag and its been back and forth for around 3 years now with various problems and its been weeks in between when he cant use the car as speedo was away for weeks. The calibration between the mileage and the tripometer was 60% out right up until the rollers stopped turning. He received another unit and this worked and calibrated OK but then stopped. The current unit seems to be Ok but it hasn't given me any faith, hence why I was asking if there is another company who do them.
