yes it's all the aggro that goes with it
customer opens case ,item not as described,I then respond, paypal delete funds from my account,customer then has to send it back for refund
I then hope its in the same condition as I sent it.
would rather give it away to someone on the forum than let him keep it for free.

Good grief! I was bidding on that and must admit I thought it would be complete! Not sure about eBay, but in our contracts the description takes precedence over any pictures.
I recently bought "Set of (two) hoses for Stag LHD Power Steering". I received a set of hoses for RHD. Only when I then delved into the differences did I then realise that the picture was indeed for RHD hoses. However, due to the crystal clear description this took precedence over the pic and I was reimbursed.
Nothing in the description says that you only get what is in the picture.The answer isn't 42, it's 1/137

just my thoughts on Ebay in general;
What I found helpful as a buyer is as full as description as possible, remembering what one person understands another doesn't.
As many photos as practical, so the item condition can be assessed more fully.
Oh, and if you take photos, make sure you are not naked when taking them, in case there is a reflection; see post on 'that badge doesn't look right' !!
Dave.
