At these prices, Buttercup had better behave this summer or she's getting parted out!

I've a brand new distributor sitting on the shelf.... Might be persuaded to sell at that sort of price. I could then bid on the badge seeings mine fell out and I drove over it last week

I'd go without rather than pay that for one..

Probably diminishes the much needed airflow anyway

Makes the price of the new Cylinder Heads seem cheap in comparison ..

If our cars were worth their true value - Ie about twice what the current values are - then some of these parts prices would seem more in keeping.

Just goes to show how undervalued our cars are

On the other hand, it means we've got a great car for half its real value

                Cheers

at £155 with an hour and 20min to go don't think I'll bid after all; I'll have to stick with glue and a fresh insert

Did I not see in the May mag that at the AGM of the SOCTFL Mike Allen outlined elements of new projects, and were they looking into producing badges but did not state which badge is the MK2 grill badge . also has anyone ever contacted Rimmer's as they state you need to order them but do not say if they can get them or when.

It has 12 bids at the moment, so plenty of interest. My guess is £195 takes it home.

**Edit** - no it wasn't me that "won" that bid. Did they offering financing?

I think that there is some sort of legal problem with the badges......

                          Mental money for a badge!!!!

i'd rather go badge-less as well Mike, I actually like the look with no badge on the front also
