help, want to go for a drive with the hood down, put it up the other day, now the back rail won't release, tried all the usual ways, normally no problem, any ideas please. (it is clicking but won't budge).

On my old Stag I used to thump the centre button down before using the lever in case it was sticking. Usually this worked. If anyone is around maybe they could push hard down on it to releive some of the pressure on the catch. -
thanks all. done, the catch cable had stretched, so it only came slightly open, all tightened and fine
