MK1 seat refurbish

Currently refurbing front seats with new. Foams and covers from Aldridge. The foam I have that goes between the two side bolsters at the top sticks out to far back and upwards by about 1/2". Has anyone else done this job with similar problems and how did you fix it? Could these be MK2 foams, everything else is for the MK 1!!

IMAG0471.jpgIMAG0471.jpgIMAG0509.jpgIMAG0505.jpgYes ,just done mine.The new foams were nothing like the old ones and were awkward and tight to fit,but my mate and his heat gun prevailed in the end.It would be nice to have others to compare with.I did ask Aldridge for instructions,they said that they do a fitting service,,,I couldn't afford that.
I got some mk1 headrests to fit and am generally pleased with the overall look.
