After Cleaning / Checking Gap on the Sparks Plugs and fitting a new Fuel Filter, I decided it was time to oil the Alternator Squeeling bearing !

This Might explain the new Light issue !!!

Run the engine for a while Nick. If it is the oil you put in it will soon get thrown out! Check the voltage at the battery again like we did this afternoon whilst the engine is running and see what it reaches. (Ignore the dash mounted voltmeter)

The New Powerspark electronic ignition has arrived. Royal Mail have impressed me today ! Very Fast delivery.

Paul Smart has my old Newtronics box which contains the Stag base plate and the old points. I just need to remove the Newtronics system and join the Powerspark electronic ignition and Stag base plate and put them all into the distributor !

Who the F*** put a Rover Dizzy Base Plate in my Stag ? They owe me £44 + postage ! This was the Cost of the new Stag Base Plate from Rimmers
Damn fast Postage mind you ! It only took one day to deliver ! So Now I am again waiting for an Auto Spark to fit the new Powerspark electronic ignition system with the new Stag base plate into my Stag Dizzy !

Oh Dear Lord I hope the Car runs for longer than 1/2 hour or it's back to the drawing board ! Or back on ebay !

As we all know this ended up being a terminal issue with the Engine. Oil pushing past the Piston Rings and extinguishing the Spark plugs. Only popped on here to see how I connected the Ballast Resistor wires.
