How to fit new sun visor

Hi all.

I'm sure this will be in an old post - but the search function doesn't seem to work when signed in via iPad. Just comes up "parse error" whatever that is.

Anyway - my wife bought for me some of the remanufactured sun visors as an anniversary present.

There are no fitting instructions and I thought it would be obvious - and maybe it is but I don't want to put holes in them and do it wrong.

The old ones seem to have the metal bar running all the way through them all the way from the hinge. The replacements already have a bar in where it clips into position but no hole where the bar would go in.

Has anyone else replaced theirs? Am I missing the obvious? Or have I got Mark II replacements and my Mark I ones are different?

I trust that was a typo!

I've heard that the second coming would happen but didn't think it would be me!

So does the existing bar slip inside the one in the replacement -or is there a join!

Actually I once had a letter from a customer in Egypt. It was addressed to Christ Lambert - Dowell, Barclays Bank, Hell. It found me no problem in Hull.
