My 3 Stags together

Just got all my stags together the blue one was my 1st Stag auto 4 speed, the white and green ones have just been finished by Paul of Stag Classics and I must say that I am very pleased with them, the green one is a 4 speed manual overdrive A type box the white is a BW 3 speed, all have reconditioned engines and boxes, I don't know if anyone remembers a chap called Joe he advertised his parts on the forum last year and I was interested in the engine he had and when I went to collet it he said am I interested in the car and all the parts so I said yes and that was that, he had many new parts with the car and sold a few to members on the forum.IMG_3534.jpg,IMG_3544.jpg,IMG_3555.jpg,IMG_3551.jpg,IMG_2017.jpg, Will

They look great... how you going to decide which one to drive?.... The green one looks like its riding high at the rear or or is it just where its stopped for the piccy?

Yes it is a little high there new springs and gas shocks got to adjust them,

Steve to get these 3 I purchased 14 stags in all over the past 3 years had to use parts of the scrappers and sell the bits that I did not want or need, bought 1 stag with all 4 wings genuine BL parts and door skins from a man that had a heart attack for £1000.00 best buy I ever had.

Peter, you don't get much interest in the bank that's what I told the wife said it's better to invest it in cars well I hope it's better we will have to see.

Lovely Stags Will . 14 stags scrapped is a bit sad mind you but i expect the less there are the more the value might go up .I purchased a job lots too and you just can't say no to new old stock parts . I,m not sure they are that good an investment to be honest most stags use 1000 hours labour = 50 k , my friend has a 328 ferrari and he has made 50 k in the past three years by it sitting in the garage gathering dust ummmm stags have very slowly gained value but not by as much as most other classics .

Hi Edd, no I did not scrap all the 14, but out of that I have 3 and sold 6 and scraped the other 5, made money on all of them so not to bad but they were all beyond repair I had one that just broke in half when I tried to pull it onto my trailer I think I sent you a boot floor a few months back, I did not do it to make money as you say they don't make it like E types and Ferrari but hey in the end it's not cost as much as you think to build the last 2 with the ones I have sold all the best.

I hate to think how many Stags I have parts off.... I have main engine components from 3 or 4 Rovers as well as all the new stuff that had to be found!!!!!
