    Triumph World

    Got home from offshore last night and among the mail waiting is this month's TW.

    Another edition with feature articles on the Stag. Editor Ted Connolly really is a fan. One article about along-term (27 years)owner (Geoff Hunter - are you on the forum?).

    Also an article from Terry Makinson on his epic emigration to Tenerife (previously published in our own excellent magazine ISTR).

    Plus plenty of Stag pictures from various shows. If we are not careful, TW will be replacing our (much cheaper)monthly magazine .

    The article on dismantling and overhauling the front suspension has been interesting. I will find that useful when I reach that stage.

    I hope they do the rear suspension next.

    Cheers

      We should ask them. I'm sure they'd be open to suggestions.

        Dave,

        The Triumph World Editor was in touch with me some months back asking me for Text & Photos of my Emigration article. Didn't tell me which edition it was to go in, and I can't get Triumph World out here, I can only access their website. What edition is it in Dave - is it "October's" issue. Ted said he would send me a years subcription in return for the article
        but if & when I get my 1st copy I dont know because the post is so slow to Tenerife.

                            I know that Ted Connolly is a Stag fan as when I wrote the article about this year's ESM at Ashford, he asked me for more Stag news. I then put him on to Terry in Tenerife suggesting Terry's excellentpiece on exporting a Stag to Spain/Tenerife.

                            Ted will print anything (legal) about the Stag as long as you can include high quality pictures. It doesn't matter if it has already been in our magazine as it will be viewed by thousands of other Triumph users, and who knows, it may convert them to Stags.

                              [align=left]To Ian F, & Keith Daley.

                              Thanks Ian very much for the offer, but Dave has already sent me a .pdf file of the article which I have acknowledged. Thanks also to Keith who did all the spade work in getting my article printed in Triumph World. Ted's edited it differently to the SOC magazine, and cut some text out, but he's added more photos as he asked we to send him extra ones.
