L.E.D. bulbs

HI all, why do,nt led stop tail bulbs work on my 75 Stag? they show same brightness whether side or brake light is on,tried 2 types,both the same, lost now!!! cheers Mac.

Must be either LED bulbs are faulty or faulty connections. If ordinary bulbs work it must be the LEDs faulty. Test them to check and dont forget that unlike incandescent lamps they only work on one polarity.

some people have needed to bypass the night-dimming relay to get their LED's to work ok at the back

when i bought LED brake lights from wards in the kit was a load resistor

I didn't know that Chris.... Spent ages trying to get my LED bulb to work in the boot.....until l by chance put it in round the other way.

Hi thanks for replies gave up and fitted 12v 32w 5w bulbs theyre nice and bright now!!! Cheers Mac.
