Knew i'd upset someone!

We spent so many years in Teneriffe and loved every visit but we decided on a change 3 years ago and just love the place we have found - it's a timeshare so we have to get in quick to guarantee the same place.
Booked for 2015 already too!

Actually I quite like Lanzarote. Been twice to visit a friend who like you has a time share there, but they sometimes swap it for a Tenerife or Gran Canaria one.
Can't remember the name of the 2 timeshare complexes we visited them on in Lanzarote (it was a different one each time) but I could find out as they were both fairly decent and in main Centres.
Found Lanzarote more expensive than Tenerife though - especially the beer.
Our friends now "own" an Apartment on the Algarve at a place called Cabanas (visited them there about 3 times now), and so they are trying to get rid of the timeshare.
Seems not many people are going the timeshare route these days as a large timeshare complex near us was so seriously under used last year that they have sold (or let off) the whole of the complex to Thompsons.
