GL5 EP 80/90 in Differential?

I know that the diff is supposed to have GL4 spec oil, but it seems twice the price and no one near seems to have it on the shelf.

I have read that GL5 contains additives that degrades bronze bushes. I have also read that this was only a problem with 'early' GL5 and that current GL5 has additives that don't cause problems to 'yellow' metal.

So, any thoughts on the matter, or have I got to get some delivered at twice the price from the tinternet?

EP 80/90 went in my diff. Its coming out slowly too!! Need new output shaft seals!!

I use Millers TRX (as does Millers' MD in his own Stag) and I'd definitely recommend it - same stuff in the gearbox, so it's convenient as well
