While we're on the subject... at least I think we still are. Has anyone come up with a better manual overdrive knob?

seriously thinking of cutting and shutting mine to reduce the length by a few inches. I cannot get my boot comfortably on and off the clutch when in 4th gear. I have however learn the clutchless change from 3rd to 4th

This is mine ,why was they T shaped its not as if you need any leverage to get a gear .[ATTACH=CONFIG]30213[/ATTACH]

May be triumph were near the Raleigh chopper factory and borrowed some parts.that was 3 speed as well.
