Hi Guys!For reasons unclear- my overdrive fuse keeps blowing periodically (10a)- ! should I assume solenoid prob? or do I fear worst......to major work!!!

Hopefully neither Phil. First thing you must do is check the wiring within the gear lever and especially as it exits the lever at the bottom. It is a favourite place for it to chafe and short to the lever and blow the fuse.
