Have just returned from a trip to the U.K., and whilst there visited a Toy & Train Swap Meet in Crewe looking for some items to purchase for my model railway.
At the Swap Meet I did notice that on one of the stalls both white and brown versions of the Stag Dinky Toy where for sale at £20 each.
I bought my Dinky model many years ago when it cost me about £5, and when I checked in an old Club Mag what the SOC Accessories shop were asking for the Dinky model back in year 2006 it was £35.
Anybody still looking for a white or brown version I would suggest going along to their nearest Toy & Train Fair (Swap Meet), there is one every month at the Northgate Arena in Chester which is fairly big, and there are others regularly held up and down the Country - just check the local Press or the Internet.
Wish I had picked up more of the model when I bought mine back in 1994 in a toy shop in Llandudno, I could have sold them on at profit.
