While I was out today earning brownie points (shopping at M&S) I found a couple of gift ideas for the Mrs for Xmas. See what you think. 20141019_160138.jpg20141019_160013.jpg

Very nice, they look expensive, hope they weren't two deer.
Give her a Next or M&S voucher and she won't care how much you spend on your car or anything related to it.
The only thing my misses is interested in relation to the Stag is that I don't put the Hardtop back on again so that she
can enjoy wind in your face motoring when we go out in it.

Hi Terry,
We've been seeing pictures of floods in Teneriffe again. Everything OK with you and Graham?

Well now that I rent an undercover parking space in a nearby complex, when I heard we were due a storm I moved my car there as it is on high
ground and not likely to get flooded. Some people in Playa San Juan which is not far away up the coast were not so lucky and didn't move their cars, and you can see what happened in San Juan in the pic below - fortunately the owner of the vehicle being swept away was not in it at the time.
It is raining again today, but less heavily, and I think it is the tail end of the hurricane that hit Bermuda and is on it's way to Britain.
Thanks for thinking about us here in Tenerife Dave, as it's half-term we were supposed to be playing Pool Bingo in the swimming pool today which the kids love,
but not doing it in the rain.
