Hi all
That's me in the poor house for a while....$$$$ later, but lots of jobs done underneath and rear-end.

Old BW35 out...new zf 4 speed autobox (Monarch's) in..
Resealed diff with strengthened nose extension (LD)....
New GKN axles (Monarch's), no, not the Land Rover sized ones ...
New uprated rear wheel hub assemblies (Goodparts, USA)...and some new wheelnuts...
Poly bushes and all the shiny SS suspension bits (LD and CW)..
New lowering springs (Chris Witor) and adjustable Spax shocks...(front end already done)

Just in time for the snow to arrive, but hopefully all ready for next summer driving fun.

Good grief Tanya, last time I looked you were enjoying driving that car, now I dsicover you somehow found the time to change the entire drivetrain form the engine back! Remarkable.

I didn't do all this meself lol! Paid a mechanic to do it...so don't feel bad! I took the easy way out; easier for me to earn the dosh by doing something I am expert at, and then paying someone who is an expert with transmissions. Car was gone for 3 weeks, but some of that was waiting for parts to arrive.
I'm much, much more impressed by you guys who will do (have done) all this yourself, in your non-existent spare time in those tiny UK garages

Tanya, I think I will soon overtake your spends because my Stag is off for body work. Unfortunately my wife found my little note pad with all the prices for panels, interior ect. How do you women manage to keep finding us out
