Hi everyone,

Need a bot of advice, i sold my sprint project six weeks ago, guy paid in full and has never collected it. I have asked when he is going to collect and has said he would on certain days.... and never turns up.

I am not going to give a refund as i could have sold the car ten times over .

Not sure where i stand or what to do.

Inform him in writing that failure to collect within 7 days and you will dispose of it, refunding his purchase price less any cost's/losses and storage charges of £15 per day. Used to work for me !

He collected it yesterday, no apology no nothing.

Never mind at least its gone.

I went out of my way to help out another Dolomite owner recently - no thank you, no nothing. Stag owners are so much better
