    Committee Decision on Forum Access

    Graham

There was'nt a "Reply" option to the "Committee Decision" post for us mere members/users to post a comment, and I notice that you yourself are now classified as a "Super Moderator".

Who are the other "Super Moderators" and exactly what does there job entail?. What can or cannot a "Super Moderator" do - is there a Job Description or or list of responsibilities for a "Super Moderator?

Having said that I am glad that the Forum is to remain basically unchanged and I assume will remain just as easy to access (I do hope so).

In response to Carl's posting on Forum Access several members made some good points regarding ways to make improvements to the Forum as it now stands.

Are any of these points to be taken on board, or are they just going to be ignored?
I may be jumping the gun but I would like to see some more information forthcoming on what exactly was decided, and what precise changes are to be made & when.

Please regard the above as constructive "personal" comments, and not critismns (have I spelt that right?) and I do appreciate the efforts you have made in making the SOC more aware of what the Forum has to offer. Please keep up the good work. I could say a lot more but don't wish to bore readers of this post too much!

    Terry,

I didnt know that I had become super moderator until after making that post - I thought I had the same situation as you hadthe other night when I saw the IP button!

Carl mentioned it last week as a suggestion - maybe there are some others logging on today with lots of new buttons as well!

Right to reply is something anyone can do here in the way that you have.

super moderator indeed, before long you will be having Cheese nights with the committee and going to the all expenses paid AGM weekends, come back from the dark side and join us regular posters again.

I can see the next SE meeting, 'pint Graham, oh no mines a large GnT and it's super Graham if you don't mind'

I have to admit, Super Graham does have a certain ring to it and I am getting the taste for those free GnT's - I didnt realise you could expense large ones :shock:thanks for pointing that out

Cheesy Snaks, why Graham we are in danger of becoming a couple!

(A couple of what I'm not sure! )

Anyway the supercharger project is progressing but at a slower pace than expected due to: A) Funding tighter than a gnats proverbial, and

                  B) SWMBO has decreed that snakey must "concentrate" on house makeover

So I suppose that is the equivalent of being grounded :?anyway I have managed to plan the layout and will get down to designing the mount when she is not about......Onward........Onward.

Kind regards your ever loving SnaksSSSSSSSSSSSSSssssss

The Krypod is rather shy, despite appearances.....it's very picky what kind of load gets dumped in it....

If you're determined to sully the human genome, I suggest you try a Biffa bin - they are right old tarts... they'll let anything inside them...even a Buick engine

Buick engine in a biffa, only if they can put a Holley on; otherwise you can't shut the lid and the dustman won't take it way
