Don't know these ones but I've just fitted Vredestein Sprint Classics 185 80 14. If you check out the thread lower down 'Motorway Vibration sorted' you'll find that others generally give the Vreds the thumbs-up, plus useful tips on avoiding flat spots etc. In case you need an alternative.
I hear nothing especially evil said about Maxxis - I guess then that they are probably perfectly good for normal use. I do place a premium on having GOOD rubber, even if the car is not going to be driven like ya stole it!
I have had very good experiences with Hankook (Summer and all-season), with Michelin (Summer), and with Vredestein Quatrac and others. Goodyear also for both - but I am not offhand sure of Goodyears in a 195/70r14 (have a look at mytyres.co.uk - if only to see what seems to be available).

I know I looked at the Sprint Classics in a 185/80r14 and decided against them purely as the pricing is just insane (I know they are low volume, but still ... would rather go with a 195/70r14 and pay sane prices for the rubberwear!)
