A member of this forum offers to come round and see if he can be of any help then sits down and scoffs bacon sarnys and drinks gallons of tea all day whilst telling you 'you don't do it like that, you numpty'!

I notched up 3 numpty's today BTW including 1 I gave to myself.

Needless to say, I got my car started and all the electrical problems sorted that have been plaguing me for ages and stopping me getting on.

I have given myself the boost I needed to get the Stag back together as there is a bet on.

So thank you mysterious one for giving me the helping hand I so greatly needed, I am seriously in your debt!

Doors , boot and bonnet to go back on and all chrome trim, Kenlowe then MOT or other way round.

Then change of interior!

I was of course joking when I said I did it all myself, actually I was the one sitting and watching and eating the sarnies and drinking the tea whilst Ian (Milothedog) got my car running and all the electrics working.

Did a fantastic job as always, so inspiring to watch an expert who makes things look so easy (which of course it is when you know what you're doing).

Well that's my anonymity blown then And what I think the forum should be about.

Glad I could help and more importantly get you motivated again to finish it. It was also a chance to give the Bike a good blast. The car will look great when it's finished with those wheels and seats.
