Nice chap he is a grocer

alan
I've heard SE trim is the favored supplier, I know of others who have been very unhappy with some of the suppliers work and one even trashed someones car
Wise men ignore the advice of fools, but fools ignore the advice of wise men sigpic
Might give him a ring
I thing his first name is Jim
And comes highly recommended from a few sources and is established in business specialising in soft tops
Don't want to go anywhere that has not got proper experience and training

I wish I had gone to either Chris at Vmad or Aldridge only ever seen or heard good things about either . I love how good workmanship and reviews work . I try so hard every day to keep my 25 year old business in building with a good reputation .
I used a chap with 30 year experience and let me tell you it sometimes just means nothing .Some get feed up and take short cuts. God its still so raw grrrrr

Sounds like a good idea, I know of a member who was a trained Triumph technician and worked in a Triumph dealership, he is very pleased with he hood that was made and fitted for him.

Sounds good did he get a green one to match his paintwork

Errr..... That's a tough one - I wonder who
Chris built up my Aldridges hood onto a frame he rebuilt and nearly five years later I'm still well pleased with the result.
I bought seat side bolster foams and some other stuff from Jim Van Gent (or Vangent ?) at South East trimming (or Southern trimming ?) and they were perfectly formed just like the originals and very good quality. Communication with him proved a little difficult but this was a few years ago so this aspect may have improved.
