There are an incredible number of car/train interactions in Canada.(Train always wins) Weird considering how relatively few trains there are. But on the other hand they are quite long so you don't want to get caught at a crossing. I remember after a four hour drive to North Bay getting stuck at a crossing as a freight train came through. 96 carriages and all the cars I'd past during the previous 4 hours were lined up behind me by the time it passed.
