Home made spoiler

I replacing my front valance, (old one off new one ready to go on) and I remember a thread where a member altered his new valance with a small spoiler/air dam of his own making.I have tried to look this tread up but cannot find. Does anyone here know where to find it.

was placed just under the opening for rad.
