Carb setting

Here is one for you to ponder.
I have a 2500s engine in my stag. Its fitted with a chris wittor cam giving approx 30hp over the std cam . It has su hs4 carbs fitted .
My question - Has anyone else got this setup? If so what needles have you used?
I did ask Chris , but he hasnt set one up on the hs4 carbs , only the hs6 versions.

I have fitted an electric fan , and it runs an electronic ign (acuspark).

With this engine I expect to see 135-140 bhp , so hopefully will be close to the performance of the TV8

It may be best to contact one of the su suppliers such as burlen, as they usually have some charts that will get you in the area you need to start from, then a good rollilng road session at a specialist. I had a midget that was running a mild cam and tubular exhaust that ran like a sick tortoise and they gave me a lot of good advise. How far away from north yorkshire are you?
