Me Hoods going green.....

With my Stag being left outside all year round, I find that my nice black mohair hood has a distinct green tinge to it. Anyone know of a gentle cleaning product that:
a. will remove the dreaded mould
and
b. will not bleach the hood?
Any advice gratefully received!

When I first got my car, I used the pressure washer on it. Did no harm looked a lot better afterwards. just be sensible about how close you get the jet to it.

How funny is that, I have just done the same to my Volvo top today as it is also left out in all weathers, missed a bit so will finish tomorrow. Jet washer is what I always use.

Just going to order some Fabsil as the Volvo own make is terrible to apply and very expensive.

Anybody used the 'gold'?

I have just bought a Renovo kit to clean and reproof my hood.

Johnsons baby bath an a coarse sponge will remove any mould use sterilising tablets in warm water also then jetwash it and fabsil after and it'll look as good as new

I use Renovo cleaner and ultra proofer on my wife's Audi cabriolet which is out in all weathers. I am impressed with the waterproofing, compared to using autoglym in the past that just did not last. Worth a try.

That's ok if your hood's black.
