Hi all
need help as there is a gap on the passengers side
How can this be fixed

There are various bolts and nuts on the frame that bolt to the door itself. You will need to remove the door trim to see them. The you can see how to lift the front of the frame to reduce that gap etc

I have just repositioned mine after refurbing frame and motors.

Assuming your door is reasonably aligned with good panel gaps you should be able to adjust it satisfactorily.

Remove the door card and the 2 grommets at the door lock end of the door, slacken the 7/16 nuts holding the frame( see attached PDF for locations) and you should be able to move the frame so it sits correctly.

It may not be perfect if work has been done on the body but you should be able to get a acceptable fit.
