      i am also using the same pump from LD parts no regulator for past 5 years no problems

            Mine foulded the bracket, and needed a lot of fettling, so it must be a different type to the others mentioned here. I seem to remember there were two different Ecco pumps at one time so maybe I bought the tricky one. Anyway, it works great with no reg needed.

                Thanks but as said I asume yours is feeding a Weber not Strombergs which possibly have different pressure tolerances - Don't really know but you are the weber expert!
