Hi, Took the Stag, the wife and Monty the springer out for a run and a then a walk (not the Stag) on a lovely afternoon last week. On the way back the Stag managed about 100yds before dying a death. I quickly ascertained the fuel pump wasn't working and no amount of bashing helped. On phoning around to try to find a spare pump Eeelad suggested trying the inertia switch and b***** me he was right. In future I will keep a test meter in the car!

Glad to of been assistance for once!!!.....as for ringing me first your memory is short as on last years drive it day I used more oil than petrol after my attempted fix of an oil leak!! I must be the least technically minded person on this forum - I put it down to a fluke!!
Mine passed the Mot today (after track rod end was replaced!), not sure who was more surprised me or the tester(Steve)!!
