    Nice Weather, Not

    Typical

The first big day out for many classic owners tomorrow and the weather is pant's.

If anyone see's a convoy of Stags tomorrow in East Sussex give us a wave, there will be cars from West Sussex and SEL causing havoc on the roads, we will be in the Roberstsbridge area about 11am and Rye after that. Of course you are always welcome to join us if you like. Get in touch for details

Hope you all enjoy your day out and don't let the weather put you off

    Ian

Hey ho, it's Sod's law, glad I haven't washed it this year.
Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.

          That'll change

We did that about 4 years ago Dave, about six Stags, we made a weekend of it. We stayed over in a great little gastro pub a couple of miles away and found somewhere very close to the museum to have a great Sunday lunch the next day.

Can't recall the names of the places though.

Hope the rain holds off for them Steve.

Had my son 'booked in' to lift the hard top off today. Having second thoughts now!

I'm going there tomorrow with Matthew and Ritchie (the friend helping with the Stag restoration), never been before. I told him he's slacking, taking a day off from working on the Stag - Tesco only shuts on Christmas Day! Then again he did put a couple of hours in on Christmas Day so I can't be too harsh.
Hope the weather stayed dry for the wedding Stagdad.
This is not just a Stag, this is a Mimosa Stag - well it will be soon.

I have a useless bbc weather app it changes everyday. Sunday looked a washout it's now forecast as lovely. Rain was due yesterday so I did the grass feed and weed. I then had to water it in myself with the sprinkler as the rain never came.

Know what you mean Edd. I live but a mile from the Met Office HQ. I do wish they'd look out the window occasionally....

If you want a boring half hour Edd, just look back over my rants on here about bloody weather forecasters - that was all based on the BBC/met office app.

In the end I got so fed up with it and now just use the weather app that, I think, comes with an iPhone and I've found it much less bad

                        Cheers

I give you full permission to go and give them a damn good old bop on the nose from me Dave

I use an app called 'Weather Pro' seems to be more accurate than the others.

Well the weather didn't improve but we still had a good run out and a Fish & Chips in Rye. We met up with 3 Stags from West Sussex so it was good to catch up with some forum regulars. Nice to see you Bob and John, and walking back to the car in Rye my Wife pointed out a Tango Stag coming round the corner which turned out to be Phil from the forum.
