Ian, Dave. The seal was bought from Davis Manners along with the windscreen. I was actually worried about the screen not fitting, if the curve wasn't correct but it fits beautifully! I have emailed photos of the seal with the trim next to it to Manners who are going to contact their supplier. I'm not going to be able to work on it now for the next 3 weeks due to work and other commitments

Dave, I could do that but knowing my luck it will come off at 70 mph! I'll try to source the correct seal, at least I got my money backOriginally posted by new to this View PostJason

I have ordered a new seal from Baines. I asked them to measure the piece of seal where the chrome fits and they say it's around 15mm so we will see. £25 for the seal £11.50 postage

Bought a new seal from Baines who said the lip for the trim was around 15mm, it's closer to 12 mm. Any way, out with the screen again, cleaned up and fitted new seal to the screen. Then tried to fit the trim to the seal, very difficult on your own with only 1 pair of hands, note to the Gods, can you please evolve us into having 2 pairs of hands and an extra elbow, thanks.
Sorry, digressed.
Gave up on fitting the trim while off the car so fitted the screen to the car, nice fit but now struggling to get the trim on. One side is almost on. Think I'm going to use silicon too when fitting the trim.
At the moment it's 2-0 to the windscreen, I had to give up due to bad temper!
