I had the same issue when I bought my car. From memory there is a single screw at the back on the lock, remove it and the barrel will drop out. The barrel will have a code on the side (a number starting FS### I think). With this code you can get a replacement key for around £2 posted from Ebay (search FS key).
Just a point, if you get a key DON'T get into the habit of locking your glovebox.
Shame to say it but given that the security on a locked Stag with soft-top (or even with hardtop fitted) is akin to that of a greenhouse if a scumbag gets in your car having a locked glovebox will merely mean that your dashboard will be trashed as they jemmy it to gain access. Let them rummage through your paper handkerchiefs and bags of sweets at will, remove anything worth nicking and take with you.
Should be the same key as he glovebox unless one or t'other has been changed. Some Stag places have a ton of old keys laying around. I took mine to one and tried every key till one fitted. Once you have a boot key no. time to look in the glovebox lock box for same lock. . . .
