    Power steering leak

    Hi all
I have a small leak from the control valve assembly area on my rack. I thought it was the HP hose connection, but despite renewing it the leak persists😡. Is there a common area for leaks on the unit, and is it repairable at home, or do i need to replace the whole rack?
    Hoping for a good answer

I think it must be high up as fluid drips down over the pipes. Just can't be sure though. Is the seal available and easy to fit??

It's part of the seal kit that LD parts sell, if you clean the area and puff some talc around that area you will find the leak, this is what I did, The Talc trick, is not my idea but a good'un to see where the oil tracks from.

Check the HP and LP hoses. At the last MOT the inspector said that the pipe unions at the rack were weeping (not enough for a fail), but when I checked afterwards it was the join between the rubber and metal section of the HP hose and oil was spraying onto the rack. Changed the HP hose and all is now well.
