Chris Witor eMail warning!

Hi Folks,

not sure if anyone else is affected, but it seems like Chris Witor's Customer address list has perhaps been hacked. I've received obvious Trojan / Virus eMails purporting to be from Chris Witor and saying he owes me a $175 refund and just click here to receive it

Fortunately I can spot these things a mile away (up to now anyway!) but if anyone else receives them, don't open any links - just hard delete the eMail (Shift + delete)

Have written to Chris Witor but I guess he will already know.

How dumb must these scammers be. You would have thought if they wanted anyone open the emails the obvious thing would be to use the correct currency for the country.

Had a reply from Chris Witor. Says it's not from him, should delete it and report it as Spam. Doesn't seem to appreciate that someone's using his customer address database to get the eMail addresses. Still, he does make exceedingly good Stag bits!

not much really. Some bits in the footwell around the pedals and a few centimetres where the centre console fits.
