Being that someone posted a place to let in France, I would like to know if anyone knows of somewhere to rent in Holland as we, as a family, are going to make a week of it next year for the week following the ESM in Maastrict

If anyone on this forumrents or knows of a reasonably priced property, could you kindly send me a PM?

Trying to get somewhere rural and located well enough to see the places to visit. Being that the kids are young, that rules out Amsterdam etc.

Hi Andrew,

We rented a place in Holland for a week before the last Dutch ESM as we were in Holland the previous weekend for a Rotary 'do'.

Found it quite difficult to find a suitable place other than at caravan sites. We just did an internet search. Have to say that the place we did find, in the North of Holland, wasn't up to UK self catering standards.

Try widening your search to cover Germany as well.

I work in Holland and have many contacts there. If you let me know where and when you'd like to stay and what sort of accommodation you're looking for I'll see if I can help.

Caravan sites and camping are the rage (as previously mentioned), so lot's of those. You could rent somewhere near the beach and go into Amsterdam?? Train service is excellent and driving is a doddle although traffic on main commuter roads is an absolute nightmare.

Hotel?
