Oversized clutch fork taper locking pin

Hi,

Just bought a clutch fork taper locking pin but found it to be oversized. Anybody with a simple solution to rectify the problem other than returning it.

Because its tapered I think you will be struggling here. Rimmers show two one being uprated but they don't mention it being oversize. Graham

I bought one from Paddocks a few weeks ago, correct part number but completely wrong, different taper,didn't bother sending it back, got the correct one from Rimmers.

when I did my clutch the pin had to be filed a bit to get a good fit in the taper and I also put in an extra pin as per BUCKEYES site.
