Minilite Wheels

I've decided I am not going to keep the MKII Stag Alloys. They require a complete refurb and tyres are suspect too.

Anyway as I've Replaced everything on the Car, why keep the old 14" wheels ??

I think the Trans-America Challenge 2015 Tahiti Blue Stag prepared by EJWards with the Minilite Wheels looks great !


Midland Wheels sell two types. Minilight and Minlite ???

Does anyone Run either of these wheels ?

Any Difference ???

What Tyres are best for these Alloys ?

Nick. I have the midland wheels 5.5x15 fitted with 195/65 15 tyres. Black with a polished rim (the wheels that's is not the tyres)

Got mine from MGBhive too - New Tyres fitted and balanced, a full set of nuts and wheel centres. Superb deal and service. Not slow to deliver either. Check them out on E bay.

Been there, done that. Went Minilight from MW and bought Avon ZT5 tyres and had them fitted locally. Anthracite with polished rims and on a white car! I think they look great, although I did like the original Stag wheels with polished rims. You decide:

Hi Nick, I have the minilites they have 195/65/15 on them, seem to look ok on car, tyre are Comforser CF600 about £35.00 each, summer tyre, hold the road well and are very quite, only use car in summer, around 1500miles a year at most, and will most likely end up replacing tyres due to age before they wear out. Look on my album photos to see the look.

Hi David,
do you know what offset (ET) number they have, the seem to stand out a little proud like wire wheels but of course they do due to the adapters.
