    Rear wheel alignment

    Hi all.
Does anyone know how many degrees each shim alters the rear wheel alignment? Just rebuilt the rear end and i think one wheel is about 1/16 toe out instead of toe in
    Thanks

You could work it out using some simple school trig? Measure thickness of shims t, then distance between mounting points, d.
t/d = tan (angle) gives you how much the angle changes with each shim.

                        That worked well, it's SOH,CAH,TOA not SOH,CAT,TOA😉

My rear wheel was 6mm toe in. It drove fine though! I was told 1mm shim per mm, but just added 4 to correct the error!
