My Stag is back

My Brother in law delivered the stag back this evening. He removed the heads which I have had skimmed and a couple of valve guides replaced which were loose. I have ground all the valves in and reset the clearances so they are now ready to go back on. I have also had all the mains and big ends replaced and also the bores honed and new rings fitted. Tomorrow I will clean the engine bay up and clean the waterways out in the block and then start to put it all back together. Looks like I will be busy for the next week. Thanks to Russ for the head gasket advise. If I have any questions I will post them as the build up goes ahead. If any one is interested I will be happy to post some pictures of the work in progress. Wish me luck.
