    Hot starting

    Hi guys,
I took the stag out for a long run yesterday (2hrs ) got stuck in traffic, but she behaved, with no sign of over heating. Park up in full sun shine for just over the hour for lunch.
On come back she was a real pig to start, for just wouldn't fire up, hat too keep turning her over she till she started in a cloud of smoke. The same thing happened after I got home, so I left her out last night.
This morning she started no problem.
    Anyone got any thoughts.
    Cheers

Either HT coil failing when hot (swap in a cold one when the fault is there to prove or disprove) or flooding due to A: fuel boiling in the carb bowls or B: in the fuel line in which case a fuel line return or depressurisation system is needed.

Loads of threads about this issue on the forum.
Header tanks - you can't beat a bit of bling.
