Black and, to a lesser extent, silver are a somewhat different matter to me. They can look classy but still wouldn't usually be my first choice.
However, as you say, each to their own.

PS did repaint Wolseley 6/20 in 1964 with Red Valspar with final aerosol coat - looked quite good (cost me £50 sold it for £90 a few weeks after repaint!)Last edited by HersnotHis; 30 August 2015, 22:14.
