    Hello All

I think it is best to introduce my self to you all ( Anthony ) as i now have my self a very nice stag..
It has only took 20 years to get to this point even after working in the Triumph area for that amount of time as well. I have had other Triumphs in the past but this is my first Stag. Some of you may know my late farther ( T.D.Fitchett ) all be the stag was not his main line for him..

But this is now and i am a stag owner at long last and very happy with it and looking forward to getting to know some of you within the club and and also some club meetings..

    Thank you

very nice looking car. Mines red , but does need a makeover as was restored over 25 years ago (ex RR aero mech I was told) so is showing its age a bit.

                      Fitchett

Congratulations, nice looking car and one of the best Triumphs made, even if I am biased.

Does this mean T D Fitchett may start selling MORE Stag parts now? If so that may be good news, just use your influence?

I have a manual overdrive with a 3.45 diff, typical 28-31 mpg and negligible effect on acceleration or pulling power, is yours manual or auto.?

                      Good luck

                      Ian

As to selling more stag parts this I can not apply an answer as I left the company a few months after he past away and now do my own thing. But they will still trade and sell stag bits hence the new diff I will be putting in
And my stag is a auto. I was thinking of the conversion but the cost of that will go towards making it into a ( I hope a show winner ) you need to think big
all work will be done this winter if sooner

Welcome to Stag ownership and the club. Nice looking Stag, and Derek is right, your front chrome strips arent correct, but if they fit nicely I wouldn't get too hung up on it.

Sorry to hear about your Father. I was going to speak to Fitchett's about a replacement diff this winter. I take it they will still be doing them?

                              Hi Dave

Yes they are still in full swing with the diff builds.. They have just got delivery on some brand new 3.45 crown wheel / pinions so all is good on that part.. I think there on the best side of £450 but as above im no longer part of the company now..
Also lots of people will miss him in there own way.
Would like to say thank you for all the welcomes to
