Drive and prop shaft lubrication

I,m planning to check on my UJs and the general condition of the drive train but nowhere can I find any info on lubricating the sliding splines and the sliding parts of the drive shafts. I presume they do need lubricating ? Any advice on this would be appreciated plus any tips on changing the UJ bearings if I have to. I have a BW65 auto.

I have added a grease nipples to my drive shafts as others have on here, and used moly slip grease to grease them via the nipples and by hand on assembly.

I found that the new rubber sub-frame mountings needed re tightening on my car, to reduce the twitch, but before-hand I lubed the shaft splines with a mixture of cv joint grease (molycote) & zx1 lubricant, which is a chlorinated paraffin... the results were zero twitch; i didn't even need to fit the new drive shafts i'd bought to stop the twitch.

Imho the tightening & lube was sufficient to stop the twitch , but i also changed the trailing arm bushes to be 100%

I had to disassemble the sliding shafts to put the mixture in though...... looks like M&M's already have a nipple fitted
