Hi Ian,
Been away for a few days without internet connection so after having a quick look last Friday this is my first chance to watch it all again, memories !!!
I remember the film well as I had to present it to all the staff at the dealership I was working at, lots of sheepish looks at some parts.
I also seem to remember it created "some difficulties " with staff at the factories.
I think it did hit the nail on the head but I think it really just bent the nail.
